JÁN REHÁK, PhD.

Ján Rehák is a researcher, speaker and National Director of the Entrepreneurship Program at Tecnológico de Monterrey. He holds a PhD in Business Management from Comenius University in Bratislava. His work connects research and practice in artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship and educational innovation. He designs and delivers executive learning experiences for leaders, business owners and teams, and participates in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor in Mexico and Slovakia.

He designs and delivers executive learning experiences for leaders, business owners and teams, and participates in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor in Mexico and Slovakia. Originally from Slovakia and based in Mexico, he joined Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2015, became a research professor in 2018 and assumed national program leadership in 2020. His experience includes academic program design, coordination of DigiEduHack in Mexico, and experiential learning projects using AI and virtual reality. He has delivered talks and workshops for businesses, universities and educational communities in several countries. His publications address entrepreneurship education, emotional intelligence, inclusive entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems. His individual recognitions include the 2026 Faculty of Excellence Award and distinctions as an Inspiring and Distinguished Professor. The program he leads received the 2026 ICSB Undergraduate Education Excellence Award.
